This is the Dutch-language edition. The village of Wakkerdam has recently been terrorised by Werewolves! Every night some of the villagers turn into Werewolves because of a mysterious cause (possibly the greenhouse effect) and commit gruesome murders. The villagers will have to join forces to find out which of them are Werewolves, before the village loses its last inhabitants...

Who does not know the popular role-playing game De Weerwolven van Wakkerdam? This game is all about cunning and deceit: who are the Villagers and who are the dangerous Werewolves in secret? A game leader tries to create a tense atmosphere between the players. The Werewolves try to devour Villagers every night, while during the day the Villagers try to unmask the Werewolves (and so eliminate them).

This brand new, revised base game contains 24 square character cards, so you can play an exciting game with 8 to 18 players. Step into the shoes of an Ordinary Villager, Werewolf, Seer, Hunter, Witch, Thief, Cupid or Innocent Girl and play a thrilling game! But watch out for the Mayor, because they have an extra vote during the game. Which of these characters will survive the longest and win the game?
