Refund and return policy
You have 30 days to return an item. After this period we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- ✓Unused and undamaged
- ✓In its original packaging
- ✓Accompanied by the original order confirmation
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email. You will then be immediately informed whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
Haven't received your refund yet?
- 1.Check your bank account again
- 2.Contact your credit card company or bank (processing may take several days)
- 3.If after these steps you still haven't received your refund, email [email protected]
Sale items & exchanges
- ✗Sale items cannot be returned
- ✓Items are only replaced if they arrive defective or damaged. Email us at [email protected] to exchange an item
Returning a gift
- ✓Was your item purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you? You will receive a gift voucher for the return amount
- ✓If the gift giver received the item first, the refund goes to them
