Grab your magic lantern and search together through a fantasy world full of strange characters and odd objects. In Spotlight: Fantasy you play with each other, not against each other. You slide the lantern across your own board, which is completely dark, and use the little spot of light to find everything that's hidden. The more you spot, the further your pawn moves along the path to the finish. The game runs over five rounds. At the start of each round you check which picture you all need to find. Once everyone is ready, the searching begins. But keep an eye on the sand timer, because when it runs out you have to stop and set your dial to the number you think you found. Then you flip the card over to see how many there really were. There is a catch, though. The Moon is chasing you and keeps edging forward too. If the Moon catches up to someone, you can spend a rush token to put that pawn back in front of it. Run out of tokens and you all lose together. Get every player across the finish line without being caught, and you all win. Five different boards packed with heroes, villains, animals and magic items mean there is always something new to discover.
