My Favourite Things

What are your five favourite films? And which pizza tops your list? In My Favourite Things you first write down your top five in a category chosen by the rest of the table. Then something funny happens: you don't play with your own list, but with someone else's. You try to win tricks by playing exactly the item that is rated highest. The best part is that it gets everyone talking. You guess, you doubt and you argue about what really belongs at the top. "Do you honestly like that film more than the other one?" Before you know it, you get to know each other from a new side, with plenty of laughs along the way. Every round brings another surprise. My Favourite Things takes about half an hour and plays with three to six people. The cards are writable and wipe clean, so you can keep coming up with new categories. A lovely game for an evening with friends, or just at the kitchen table with the family.
