Something is prowling the city streets. The traces are clear, but without hard proof nobody believes your story. So you set out yourself. In Cryptid Urban Legends you step into the shoes of a determined scientist or of the creature itself, and a thrilling hunt through the city begins. As the scientist you place sensors for heat, movement and sound. Bit by bit you scan the city, circle closer to your target and try to catch it. Play the cryptid and you slip through shadowy alleys, erase every trace of your existence and do everything you can to stay out of your pursuer's hands. Every move calls for thinking ahead and a bit of nerve. This is an asymmetric game for two players, made by the creators of Cryptid. One hunts, the other flees, and both of you try to stay one step ahead. A cat-and-mouse game that keeps you on the edge of your seat until the very last moment.
