Picture this: you steer your spaceship through our solar system, from Earth to far beyond Jupiter. In Triplanetary you plot your course with a grease pencil on the map and use the gravity of planets and moons to send your ship in the right direction. Your fuel is limited, so every move counts. Players who make clever use of an orbit around a planet get further with less waste. The game is packed with different adventures. Fight as a space pirate, join a race through space or invade a planet. There is something for every player, because the scenarios differ quite a lot. You play Triplanetary with two or three players, but it also works fine solo or with a larger group. This is a true classic that has been winning hearts since 1973. This new edition has a bigger map and nice, sturdy counters. You will find all the scenarios from the older versions in it, plus new rules for longer campaigns. Want more depth in the battles? There is an advanced combat system, but the familiar, fast rules of old still work just as well.
