Treasure Hogs

Deep in the desert, far from home, adventurers from all over the world go looking for treasures from ages long past. In Treasure Hogs you step into the shoes of such a treasure hunter and compete with your friends for the finest finds. Who hoards the most treasures by the end? That player may call themselves the Ultimate Treasure Hog. Every turn is full of surprises. You play cards from your hand with a value of one to three and try to bring in as many treasures as possible. But watch out: thieves are lurking in the shadows. Play too little value and a fellow player can strike out of nowhere. Do they have enough thief cards? Then they shout "OINK!" out loud and your loot slips right through your fingers. That makes Treasure Hogs a game where you can never sit back and relax. Even when it is not your turn, you stay sharp and wait for the right moment to steal. The rules are explained in no time and a game is done within three quarters of an hour. Ideal for an evening full of laughter, sneaky moves and loud cheering around the table.
