You use cards to direct your armies and fleets, made up of wooden pieces that you spread across the world map. Every great power has its own set of beautifully illustrated cards, so no country plays the same. It is all about supply. As long as your supply lines hold, your troops keep fighting. Cut your opponent's lines and their units surrender. You play with either the Axis or the Allies and try to score as many points as possible together for your side. The rules are quick to explain, but getting really good takes practice and teamwork. With two to six players every game is different, so you will want to bring it to the table again and again. This second edition has been improved in several ways, while keeping everything that made the first version so popular. If you already know the game, you will enjoy the changes.
