This is the newest version of the rules, with room for new units and improvements on earlier editions. You get a sturdy hardcover book that will last for years, along with several sheets full of tokens and templates. So you have everything at hand to start your own battles right away. For two to ten players, so you can play a quiet duel or take on the fight with a whole group. The nice thing is that there is also a full chapter on assembling and painting your miniatures, and even on making your own terrain. That turns playing into more than just a game: it is a hobby to dive into together and be proud of.
