Dive into the dungeon. Knock down everything you meet. Stab your friends in the back and take their stuff. Grab the treasure and run. Just admit it: this is exactly what you feel like doing. In Munchkin Deluxe 2nd Edition you step into the shoes of an adventurer with only one goal: be the first to reach level 10 and get away with the loot. Each turn you kick open a door and see what is behind it. Usually that is a monster, and then you have to fight. Use your weapons, your special powers and the levels you have built up to win. But watch out, because your fellow players can help you or send an extra monster your way instead. And what you find along the way is wonderfully absurd. From the Horny Helmet and the Chainsaw to the Staff of Napalm. You start by defeating a potted plant and work your way up to the most dangerous dragons. Munchkin Deluxe 2nd Edition plays smoothly and is packed with silly jokes, with drawings by John Kovalic that give the humour extra punch. For three to six players aged ten and up, this is an evening full of laughing, betrayal and lots of fun. While everyone is doubled over laughing, you can nicely swipe their treasure.
