Lost For Words

Some feelings are so special that there is no single word for them in English. In Lost For Words you discover more than 300 unique words from over 60 languages. Words for a feeling you know well, but could never name. As you play, not only does your vocabulary grow, but also the way you talk about your own feelings. The game uses word cards and action cards. Every word card shows a word, its meaning and the language it comes from. When you play such a card, you tell the others how you once experienced that feeling. A memory, a moment, someone you think of, or something you are secretly looking forward to. This sparks conversations at the table that you might never have had otherwise. The action cards give the game an unexpected twist and keep everyone on their toes. You win by being the first to play cards with all seven symbols, or five times the same symbol. But this game is about so much more than winning. Lost For Words is for three to six players aged 8 and up and takes about an hour. Just enough time to get to know each other a little better.
