This is the Dutch-language edition. Get ready for the most enjoyable board and card game of the Netherlands: Keezenspel. Play against each other or join forces in teams of two. The goal? Be the first to get all your pawns safely into your own home. But watch out: your opponents are waiting for the chance to block you. Who plays their cards the smartest and takes the win?

Keezenspel guarantees an evening full of Dutch fun, clever strategies and unexpected twists. Play individually with two players or together in teams of four. This game combines tension and fun with a touch of typical Dutch competition.

How do you play Keezenspel?

The game starts by choosing a starting player, who deals the cards. With two players you use 26 cards, with four players all 52 cards.

Each turn you play a card in the middle of the board. The card decides how far you may move your pawn. To get a pawn onto the board, you need an ace or a king. Do you have a playable card? Then you must play it, even if that means knocking your own pawn off the board. Can you really not play? Then you hand in your cards and wait for the next round.

The player who is first to get all their pawns exactly into the home area wins. But be careful: pawns cannot pass each other in the home area and may not move back. Every step has to fit perfectly, so plan your moves wisely!
