Guillotine

This is the Dutch-language edition. Welcome to the days of the French Revolution, where the mood is grim and the humour is pitch black. In Guillotine you operate the infamous scaffold and try to win the most valuable nobles for yourself. Every head that rolls scores points, but not every head is worth the same. Marie-Antoinette counts for plenty, while a simple count earns you very little. The line of nobles waits neatly for its turn, but with the right action cards you can throw that order into complete disarray. That way you move the juiciest victims to the front and leave the leftovers to your opponents. Whoever handles the cards best and stays one head ahead of the others wins at the end of the day. Guillotine is played with two to five people and a game takes about half an hour. It is quick to explain, often makes you chuckle at the dark humour and brings plenty of banter and laughter to the table. Perfect for players aged twelve and up who enjoy a fast and cheeky card game.
