Codenames Back to Hogwarts

Step through the gates of Hogwarts and experience Codenames in a completely new way. You are split into two rival houses, each with a prefect who knows the secrets of the mysterious grid of cards. That player gives a clue each turn: one word and a number. The rest of the team puzzles together over which cards belong to it. Before you know it, everyone is thinking along and whispering about which card it could be this time. Guessed right? Then you may keep searching. But if you get it wrong, things can go downhill fast. Pick a card belonging to the other house by accident, or run into a locked door, and your turn is over. And if you come across Argus Filch, the game ends right away and the other side wins. That keeps the tension going until the very last moment. What makes this game extra special are the special powers of each house. Every house picks its own ability that changes the rules in a surprising way. That makes each game play differently, so you keep coming back for another round. Codenames Back to Hogwarts is for 4 to 8 players, takes about 30 minutes and is suitable from age 10. Fun for Codenames fans and for anyone playing it for the first time.
