Step into a dark, enchanting world where magic rules. In Casting Shadows you take on your fellow players and fight for the title of ultimate Shadow Caster. Along the way you gather resources, learn new spells and summon a companion. And with a bit of luck you unlock your Shadow Form, which makes you even more dangerous at the table. Every turn is about making choices. You roll dice to see which resources you have, and you spread those across your actions. Travel across the board, collect cards, cast spells or protect yourself against cursed crystals. Players who use their resources well and cast the right spells at the right moment keep their opponents in check. It is a game for two to four players and takes about an hour. Perfect for an evening when you feel like some tension and conflict, with enough depth to play differently every time. The last wizard standing in this magical duel wins it all.
