You Laugh You Drink

Can you hold in your laughter while someone does everything they can to crack you up? You Laugh You Drink is the game where a straight face is worth gold. On your turn you draw a card, pick a victim and try to make that person laugh within thirty seconds. Did it work? Then your victim drinks. Do you stay serious while everyone else is in stitches? Then it's your turn to take a sip. It works wonderfully simply. The funniest person in the group starts as the Joker and reads the card in silence. Then they point at someone and the clock starts running. Everyone may laugh, including the Joker. Does the victim laugh? Then that person drinks and the Joker scores a point. Does the victim keep it together? Then it's the other way around. The player to the left of the Joker goes next, and the same person may not be the target twice in a row. With 150 cards full of silly challenges, no evening is ever the same. The first player to seven points wins. And if you don't feel like doing the task on your card? Then you may pass, but that will cost you a sip. You Laugh You Drink is for 3 to 10 players and fills the table with laughter in five minutes. Please note: this is a game for adults aged 21 and over.
