Transgalactica

The Galactic Senate has come up with a grand plan. Fleets from every planet are sent out to the stars, looking for adventure, riches and maybe even a seat among the powerful circles far beyond known space. In Transgalactica you are in charge of one of those fleets and you cross that border. This is a game where you place workers and slowly build a strong engine. You travel to distant corners of the universe, grow your influence, compete with others for new technology and build up a trade network. Play it smart and you can even send delegates to the Senate to gain political advantages. Watch each other closely, because players really get in each other's way here, and that is exactly what makes it exciting. The game lasts five rounds. Each time you use your captains for powerful actions, after which the other players may copy that same action with their own crew, but without the extra bonus.
