Totentanz

In Totentanz everything revolves around a dance that no one can refuse. As far back as the 14th century, death called on the living to join in. Young or old, rich or poor, for this dance everyone is equal. With this card game for two players you bring that old story back to life, but with present-day figures. Together you make death dance in a circle around a group of people. Who steers the dance the right way? You take turns making choices and try to pull the power over life and death your way. It plays like a card game, but it feels like a real board game. Plenty to think about, and plenty of tension to make you want another round. The cards are beautifully drawn, with lots of attention to detail. That makes Totentanz not only fun to play, but also lovely to look at. A game for two that keeps you at the table together and calls for a new round every time.
