The Grizzled

The Grizzled takes you to the trenches of the First World War. Together with your fellow players you try to survive, shoulder to shoulder, while the danger around you grows on every side. This is not a game where you fight each other. You all face the same task: everyone gets home alive. Each round the team leader decides how many cards everyone picks up. After that you face a tough choice. Do you play a card, knowing that every card does something nasty to the mission? Or do you pull back before things go wrong? What makes it special is that you do not know everything about each other. Your cards stay secret, so you have to read each other and dare to trust each other. A bit of luck is part of it, but without discussion and good timing you will not make it. The Grizzled is exciting, moving and surprisingly close-knit to play together. Before you know it you are on the edge of your seat, hoping you all make it through.
