Sweet & Spicy

Sweet & Spicy is the kid-friendly version of the popular bluffing card game Spicy. It plays just as nicely as the original: you put your cards face down on the table and call out what you are playing. Is that really true? Nobody knows for sure. In this game the wasabi has been replaced by lemon, and there is a fun new card too: the SUPER JOKER. It can be anything you want, any flavour and any number, and nobody is allowed to challenge it. Handy when you are stuck for a moment. It is not only about lying convincingly. You also have to think carefully. With a bit of luck you will almost always play a card that is at least half right. Do you play that 'pepper 9' or a 'chilli 10' after all? Or do you use the joker as 'pepper 10'? And sometimes passing is the better option, especially if you are unsure and afraid the others can read it on your face. Every turn is a small, tense moment. You weigh things up, you gamble, you bluff, and all the while everyone is watching each other. Sweet & Spicy keeps everything fans of Spicy love so much, but with simpler rules and a playful twist that suits younger players perfectly. Ideal for a game at the table with the whole family.
