Subastral

In Subastral you take on the role of a researcher mapping the nature of our planet. You collect cards representing eight different biomes, from the hot desert and the savannah to the tropical rainforest and the cold tundra. Every card is a piece of your research journal, and together they tell the story of your journey. It is all about making the right choices at the right moment. Which card do you take, and which one do you leave for the others? While you build your collection, your fellow players are watching you closely. Every turn counts and every choice can make the difference. Subastral is for two to five players and a game takes about half an hour. That makes it a lovely game for a quiet evening at the table, in which the tension quietly builds up all the same. Who will put together the richest and most varied journal in the end?
