Deep beneath the volcano, something has awoken. In Sub Terra 2 Typhaon Wakes you descend into the temple once more, but this time guardians you have never seen before are waiting for you. Some explode without warning, others strike from a distance, and there is one that simply will not leave you alone. Together you search for the mysterious artefact, but every step of the way there grows more dangerous. This expansion adds new tiles to the board, so every journey feels different. Again and again you have to choose: press on or pull back, work together or go your own way for a moment. Things get even more exciting in the new game mode, where one player takes on the role of Typhaon, the spirit of the mountain. While the others try to push forward as explorers, Typhaon does everything possible to stop them. Sub Terra 2 Typhaon Wakes is an expansion and needs the base game to play. For groups of 1 to 6 players, suitable from age 14 and good for about 60 minutes of tension underground.
