Star Realms: Rise of Empire takes you and your opponent on a journey through the stars. This is a standalone game you can pick up right away, with 141 cards and a campaign of no fewer than twelve stories. Each game takes about twenty minutes, so you can easily play through a whole evening. Ideal for two players who want to build something together. You get to know three new factions: the Consortium, the Scavengers and the Kingdom. During the campaign your trade deck changes for good, because the choices you make stick. You keep track of your wins and losses, chase objectives and collect Campaign Victory Points along the way. Step by step you uncover the secrets of the worlds around you. Finished the campaign? The fun does not stop there. You can keep playing Star Realms: Rise of Empire completely on its own, or combine it with all the earlier Star Realms material. That way there is always a new adventure to share.
