Welcome to Transylvania, where the Vampire Council is looking for a new city planner. Your task? Turn the old city into the buzzing tech paradise SiliconVania. But watch out: you are not the only one who wants this job. At the table you compete over who lays out the finest plan, with the most blood banks, the best buildings and enough room for both vampires and animals to live. Each round you bid on building pieces and on specialist cards. You then place those buildings in your own 4x4 city grid. And be careful, because once a piece is down you can hardly move it again! Bidding on specialists comes with a fun twist: the higher your bid, the weaker the card. If you use a specialist for its points, you immediately reveal to your opponents which buildings you want so badly. After eight rounds every city is full and you count up the points.
