Sequoia

In Sequoia you grow trees in eleven different forests. The goal? To have the tallest tree. If you manage that after ten turns, you take the points for that forest. Whoever comes second still gets a small reward. Each turn you grow two of your trees. And that choice is exactly what makes it exciting. Do you keep fighting in a forest where the competition is fierce, or do you start again somewhere else? The dice always give you options, but they are never easy ones. You really have to decide where to aim. Does a forest end in a tie? Then an extra round follows to decide who wins. Those can lead to the finest finishes at the table. A game takes only ten minutes, so before you know it everyone is asking for another round.
