All aboard and build your own railway empire. In Rolling Freight you roll dice that represent everything you own. You use those dice to lay railway lines, buy contracts and carry cargo across the whole country. Every round you make choices: do I lay new track, deliver passengers or save my dice for later? Whoever builds the smartest network and delivers the most valuable goods wins. The game grows along with you. By buying upgrades you gain extra dice with special powers, lay track faster or earn points when others run over your rails. Quick passenger trips and long freight hauls bring nice bonuses. That way every turn gives you something new to think about and it stays exciting right to the end. The big game board is double sided, with a different map on each side. The west side takes place during the Californian gold rush and is great for two to four players who are getting to know the game. The southeast side, set in the late nineteenth century, has winding single tracks and calls for real strategy. That side is meant for three to five experienced players who enjoy a tough challenge.
