The box also contains five new upgrade cards that give your robot an extra edge. By the way, this is a refreshed version of the old Grand Prix expansion from 1997, so you get a touch of nostalgia for free. This is an expansion, not a standalone game. You need the Robo Rally base game to get started. For two to six players, ages 12+, and after about 45 minutes full of laughter, cursing and crashing robots you are ready for the next round.
