Resist!

Spain, in the shadow of Franco's regime. You lead the Spanish Maquis, a group of resistance fighters who refuse to be broken. In Resist! from Salt & Pepper Games you play on your own against the clock and against the powers that be. Round after round you take on new missions, and they get tougher every time. If you manage to complete them, you earn the points you need. But if a mission fails, victory slips further away. At the start you put together a team of twelve Maquis, each represented by a card. That is where the tension lies: do you keep your fighters hidden from Franco, or do you reveal them to use their full strength? A revealed Maquis leaves your deck and probably will not come back. So your team slowly wears away, and you constantly have to choose between fighting the danger in front of you or moving on to the next mission. After every round you face the same question: do you stop here, or do you risk one more mission? Resist! plays quickly and keeps you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.
