Onoda takes you to a small island far away, where you step into the shoes of Hiroo Onoda. This Japanese soldier stayed hidden on Lubang for almost thirty years, long after the war had ended. In this solo survival game you play out his story. You gather supplies, carry out missions and try to keep both your body and your mind healthy. Over six rounds, the tension keeps rising. Every choice counts. Do you share your last supplies, or keep everything for yourself? Do you stay sharp, or do fear and suspicion slowly take over? The game mixes real events with invented moments, from pure despair to a brief glimmer of hope and sometimes even a laugh. That way every play feels like a new chapter in Onoda's story. Because the rounds vary in length, the missions differ and your needs keep changing, Onoda plays differently every time. A game you play alone in about 25 minutes, but that stays with you long afterwards. Suitable from age 10.
