Nestlings

Birds competing for the finest spot in four different landscapes: that is what Nestlings is all about. From the savannah to the mountains, from fresh water to the desert. Each round you roll your dice and take turns placing them in the biomes. Whoever places something somewhere first gets to choose first. But watch out, because an opponent can simply take that priority away by placing more dice in the same landscape. With the resources you collect you feed your young birds and fill in the ring on your player board. Every choice counts. Will you go for short-term points by feeding your chicks, or would you rather complete part of your ring for a bonus that sets all kinds of things in motion? Do you spend a second die to secure your spot, or take a chance and look for something else? That tension slowly builds, round after round. After four rounds everyone reveals their secret nest goals and the points are counted. Nestlings is for two to four players, and there is even a solo variant included. A game to lose yourself in the world of birds together, where every decision can make the difference between winning and losing.
