Publisher: Ghost Dog
This edition is in English and French. The Great Ocean stretches across the whole known world, and right in the middle of it lies the island group of Myriades. You are a young captain with a small fleet, sailing the seas in search of places where your people can live in peace. An old prophecy tells of five blessed islands. They are waiting for someone to find them. You will not let go of the helm until you have discovered them. Each round you turn over a Prophecy card. Then you both get to work with your fleet pieces at the same time. You lay them out so that an island appears in the middle with exactly the same resources as on the card. No more, no less. You may turn and flip the pieces until it is right. Think you have managed it? Then tap the card. Your opponent stops laying pieces and together you check whether the island really matches. If it is correct, you take the card. The further you get, the trickier it becomes. With your second card you get an extra piece, and later on even one more. That way Myriades keeps getting just a little more challenging, and you sit together at the table bent over a puzzle that moves fast and gives lots of fun. Ideal for two players aged six and up, with games of about three quarters of an hour.
