Mistborn is a deckbuilding game based on the popular book series by Brandon Sanderson. You play as well-known characters from the Mistborn world and use metals to activate powers. Each metal has unique effects, such as dealing damage, influencing allies or earning points.
The game was designed by John D. Clair and can be played with 1 to 4 players. You can take on other players or work together in a solo or co-operative mode against The Lord Ruler. There are several ways to win: beat your opponents in combat, or complete missions faster than they do.
You start with a basic deck and build it up during the game by buying cards. Metals activate cards and give you access to special actions. Choose wisely which cards and metals you use to strengthen your strategy and stay ahead of your opponents.
