Mayor of Chicago

It's election year in Chicago and you dream of one thing: becoming mayor. But that seat isn't easy to win. You need money, people who back you and enough influence to stay ahead of the rest. In Mayor of Chicago you play on your own and you decide how far you get. Each turn you draw a city card and then the question follows: do you use it to expand the map of the Windy City, or do you hire the assistant shown on the back? Every assistant has their own power and helps you score points. Choosing is not easy, because everything you take means leaving something else behind. This is a game of sharp thinking and making good use of what you have. Whoever spends their resources wisely and gathers the right people around them will win enough votes to take the election. A lovely challenge for a quiet half hour to yourself.
