Lingolandia

A letter from the bag, a roll of the die and then the searching begins. In Lingolandia you go hunting for words together. The cards show colourful pictures full of details, and your job is to find words that start with the chosen letter. Sometimes the word is right there in the picture, and sometimes you make something up based on what you see. Anything goes, as long as you put your imagination to work. The die decides how the round plays out. Do you play alone, or do all players join in at the same time? Roll a balloon with the Lingolandia logo and everyone shouts at once, which gets wonderfully chaotic for a moment. Even when it is someone else's turn, you keep joining in and searching along. That way nobody sits around waiting and the tension stays high from start to finish. Good words earn points, and with those points you move step by step towards the finish on the board. Whoever crosses the line first wins. Nice detail: you can play Lingolandia in different languages, so it is also a lovely way to play around with language together. Perfect for a fun evening with the whole family.
