Kokeshi

In Kokeshi you step into the shoes of a Japanese master craftsman. Your art? Making fine wooden Kokeshi dolls. On your player board you move dolls up along five tracks, while your workshop becomes faster and more skilful. Every step forward earns you luck. This is no ordinary engine builder. Kokeshi adds something fresh: you build your own tracks. On your turn you activate a track and a doll slides forward to carry out an action. Such a move can set off a chain reaction, make another doll move or unlock new pieces to extend your track. The more tiles you place, the more smoothly and valuably your workshop runs. Craft, build, link actions together and watch your craftsmanship flourish. Play solo or with up to four players, and set aside about three quarters of an hour.
