Holiday Hijinks #8: The Easter Escapade

You have signed up as a volunteer at the community centre, because the big Easter egg hunt is coming up. But on the morning of the party there is nobody around. Your fellow volunteers have vanished and not a single egg has been hidden! Now it is a race against the clock. You look for the perfect hiding spot for every egg while trying to figure out where everyone went. Holiday Hijinks #8: The Easter Escapade brings the thrill of an escape room to your table with just 18 cards. Together you crack one puzzle after another and peel back the mystery layer by layer. The puzzles call on your eye for detail, your feel for language and your ability to think outside the box. Please note: you need a good command of English to solve everything. A companion website (works on any smartphone or computer) checks your answers and tells you which card to take next. Getting stuck is not a problem, because there is a hint system that helps you along step by step without giving everything away at once. On the website you can also use items from the cards, just like in a classic point-and-click adventure. The game takes about an hour and has a difficulty level of 2 out of 3. You play it through once, but after that you simply pass it on to the next group.
