Floresta

Welcome to the forests of central Portugal. In Floresta you take on the care of a beautiful piece of Mediterranean nature. You plant trees, let the forest grow and keep an eye on the flames at the same time, because a wildfire is always lurking. Each turn you choose a card from your hand and plant a tree on one of the game boards full of mountains, woods and trails through nature. You earn points by making places flourish, attracting tourism, harvesting wood and even bringing the lynx back to its old habitat. Build watchtowers in the right spots and arrange your trees cleverly around them, so you keep the fire under control. Every choice shapes how the forest turns out. Who takes the best care of this special place and grows into the true guardian of nature? A game for 2 to 4 players that keeps you at the table together for about an hour and a half.
