Flip Over Frog

The frogs are loose! In Flip Over Frog you try to rule a small corner of the rainforest with your colourful frogs. Sounds cheerful? It is. But do not underestimate it, because every frog you place on the board can suddenly flip over someone else's frogs. At the start you are secretly given a colour. You want that colour visible on the board as often as possible. You lay your tiles on the 4x4 playing field, and the arrows around your frog decide which neighbours flip. So one frog disappears while another pops up again. Watch out for the snakes, because they can sweep a frog right off the board. Thinking things through and looking ahead pays off nicely here. The game takes about fifteen minutes and works well from age 6 up. Perfect for a quick game with two players or with four around the table. The rules are explained in no time, after that the sliding, flipping and laughing starts all by itself.
