Excavation Earth

Imagine Earth a hundred years from now. Humanity is gone and all that remains are the things we left behind. For the inhabitants of a nearby solar system, that is pure treasure hunting. In Excavation Earth you take on the role of such an alien people and go looking for rare human objects. Whoever gathers the finest collection and sells it for the most money wins. The game is played over three rounds. Each round starts with choosing cards that you can use in several ways. After that you take turns playing actions. You move your scouts across the world map, dig for objects and place traders at the bazaars. You can also use influence to steer prices and wheel and deal whatever you want on the black market. What you dig up you sell at the bazaars on the spaceships, or you keep it for a complete art collection that you sell to a museum later on. After three rounds the game ends and everyone counts their money. Do you prefer to play alone? Excavation Earth also has a solo mode. A meaty adventure for two to four players, in which trading and timing decide everything.
