This expansion adds 84 brand-new cards to your favourite game, each with an atmospheric illustration that sets your imagination to work. From mysterious landscapes to dreamlike scenes: there is plenty to discover. The cards fit seamlessly with the Dixit base game. You can use them on their own, or throw everything onto one big pile for even more variety. That way every round stays surprising and you never play the same game twice. Think of a word or a sentence for your card, and let the others guess which picture you meant. Be too obvious and you give yourself away. Be too vague and everyone guesses wrong. With the Dixit base game you play with three to eight players, and a game takes about half an hour. It is suitable for ages 8 and up, so young and old can easily join in at the table. The first to reach thirty points wins. On the way to that victory, above all you share a lot together: secret hints, puzzled looks and sometimes a roar of laughter when nobody understood your picture.
