Diluvium

The world has changed after a great flood. Where mighty empires once stood, there are now drowned continents and a handful of islands still rising above the water. In Diluvium you lead a people looking for a new home. You set sail, found settlements and collect gold, because whoever has the most gold at the end sets the new course of the world. Each turn you choose from four things: explore, found a settlement, produce resources or go into battle. Easy to learn, but every choice counts. After all, you are not the only one who wants these islands. Other peoples want exactly the same thing, so you have to think carefully about where you go and what you do with your resources. As soon as a supply runs out somewhere, the game ends and the richest player is crowned the winner. Along the way, discover the secrets of the ancient empire of Mu and gain an edge over your opponents. Would you rather play alone? Then an adventure of your own awaits, in which your decisions decide the fate of your people. Diluvium is played with two to four people, and thanks to the solo mode you can also go exploring on your own.
