On the coast of Spain you run your own small fish cannery. From early morning you send your boats out to sea, catch fish and turn them into the tastiest canned goods in the world. In Conservas you are responsible for the whole picture, from the catch to the sale. Every month brings different goals, and they are not always about earning as much money as possible. Because the sea needs care. Fish too much and the balance is upset, and your mission comes to nothing. So you always have to choose: do you take these fish to your factory, or leave them in the water so they can reproduce? In this game the sea is a bag full of fish and water tiles, which you fish from each round. That makes every catch feel a bit like a surprise. Conservas is a game you play on your own, in about 40 minutes. With 12 different scenarios and ever changing cards for boats and upgrades, you never play the same game twice. Every market has its own rules and asks for a different approach. Calm puzzling, careful thinking and slowly watching your business grow: that is what this game is all about.
