Cascadia Junior

Head into the wild nature of the American Northwest with your child! In Cascadia Junior you build a beautiful landscape together, full of forests, mountains, rivers and meadows. You lay pieces of nature next to each other and look for the nicest spot for the animals that live there. Bears, deer, foxes, hawks and salmon: they all want a good place in your area. This is the smaller version of the well-known Cascadia, made entirely for players aged 6 and up. The rules are explained quickly, but there is plenty to discover. Children learn to recognise patterns, collect things and do simple sums, without it feeling like school. Along the way they learn all kinds of things about the animals and their habitats. A game takes about 30 minutes, so you can easily play a round after dinner or a few games in a row on a lazy afternoon. Perfect to play together with the whole family, and a lovely first taste of thinking just a little bit ahead.
