Refund and Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return an item. After this period, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and undamaged
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the original order confirmation

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll let you know right away whether your return has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  • Double-check your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing can take a few days)
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after this, please email us at hoi@kapiteinspel.nl

Sale items & exchanges

  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • Items are only replaced if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us at hoi@kapiteinspel.nl to arrange an exchange

Returning a gift

  • If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the return value
  • If the gift giver received the item first, the refund will be sent to them

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense and are non-refundable
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment
