Watergate

America, the 1970s. Behind the closed doors of the White House, one of the biggest political scandals in history is unfolding. In Watergate you step into the shoes of one of two sides: the determined newspaper editors, or Nixon's administration, which wants to keep everything under wraps. Who gets the truth out, and who manages to hide it? This is a game for two, and that direct clash is exactly what makes it so exciting. Both players have their own cards, their own goals and a completely different way of playing. One moment you pull the rope to bring evidence into the open, the next you push back hard to slow things down. Every move feels like a move in a game of chess in which nobody wants to lose. Watergate combines a gripping piece of history with a game that makes your brain work. You learn about the real Watergate scandal as you play, while the tension runs right through you at the table. For lovers of history and of a solid head-to-head battle, this is an evening you will not forget.
