Venn

Venn is all about figuring things out together. On the table you lay out twelve word cards and three large coloured circles in yellow, blue and pink. Those circles overlap each other and form one big diagram. Two players know the secret code: three numbers that point to three of those words. It is their job to get their teammates to guess those words. How do you do that? With cards full of unusual and sometimes strange pictures. Taking turns, you place such a card in a part of the diagram as a hint for your team. Does a card sit in the yellow and the blue area at the same time? Then it means something different again. Your teammates puzzle along and try to work out what you mean. Venn is a game for large groups, from 2 up to as many as 99 players. In about half an hour you get plenty of laughter, confusion and those moments where someone suddenly shouts: 'Oh, that is what you mean!' Perfect for an evening with friends or family where everyone joins in.
