Trial of the Forest

The day of the solstice is drawing near and people are gathering all across the Green Valley. They have come for the yearly trial of the forest, an ancient ritual held for centuries. Only the bravest stand a chance of becoming the new Protector, the one who must shield the inhabitants from the darkness hiding in the shadows. In Trial of the Forest you gather resources, play cards and take on your fellow players. Along the way, dangerous journeys await that put your courage to the test. Every choice counts and every step brings you closer to the honour at stake. The lovely part is that the cards you play slowly tell your own story. As the game goes on, a picture builds of what you have experienced and done. At a full table this makes for an evening full of tension, choices and memories you create together.
