In Torchlit you descend into a dark dungeon together, with only the light of your torch around you. This is a card game where you win tricks, but the way down is full of choices. Sometimes it is actually better to play a low card. That way you change the value of the treasure and leave your fellow players with a puzzled look. The tension rises every round, because everyone wants gold and glory, but nobody wants to take too much risk.
