In Through the Desert you step into the shoes of a nature expert who wants to stay ahead of his rivals. Who will collect the most remarkable animals before the Queen arrives? Every animal asks for something different. One likes a certain kind of bait, another would rather walk into a trap, and where an animal is in the garden matters too. Many animals have a trick of their own that makes the game play out just a little differently each time. That creates surprising combinations and keeps you thinking about your next move. Turns are short, but you have plenty to think about. Collect bait or use it right away to bring in an animal. Because the setup is different every time, no two games play the same. Great at the table with two to five players, and after about thirty-five minutes you will know who walks away with the most points.
