The Vibe

In The Vibe you take turns playing the vibe giver. You secretly pick a theme and then lay out a series of beautiful cards. From left to right you show, without words, how well each picture fits your theme. On the left the card that barely fits, on the right the card that hits the mark exactly. The other players are mind readers. They look at the order and try to work out together which theme you had in mind. That leads to lovely conversations full of doubt, flashes of insight and 'yes, that is exactly what I meant!' moments. Every picture is just ambiguous enough to make you think. The cards are the size of a postcard and are full of atmospheric images. The Vibe is played with two to six people, is suitable from age eight and takes about twenty minutes. A game in which you search and guess together, and get better and better at sensing each other.
